THE AGENCY METHOD™ @ tam. STUDIO™
Education that works like the real world.
More than a classroom, tam. Studio is a working creative environment where homeschool students experience how ideas become real outcomes. Through guided projects, agency-style teamwork, and adaptive learning– students research, create, problem-solve, present, and build confidence in the process.

How tam. works
Created by co-founder Rafael Soberal, The Agency Method™ brings decades of New York City creative agency experience into education. Students follow a curated professional workflow—exploring challenges, developing ideas, collaborating in agency-style teams, and turning their thinking into real work.
Get the Brief
Every project starts with a real challenge or opportunity. Students ask questions, research, explore possibilities, and learn to understand the problem before proposing a solution.
Find Your Role
Students work in creative teams, experiencing roles such as strategy, research, design, technology, and production. They discover their strengths while learning how to collaborate and contribute.
Create+Apply
Learning becomes practical. Students apply academics, AI, communication, business thinking, and creative problem-solving to develop ideas and build meaningful solutions.
Build. Present. Prove
Students bring their work to life, present their thinking, receive feedback, and improve. Their projects and learning process become part of a growing portfolio in tamos, documenting what they can do.
Grounded in biblical principles, tam. encourages students to lead with faith, act with integrity, serve others, and steward their gifts with purpose. These values shape how students think, collaborate, create, and approach the world around them.
